Diwink Cloud’s plans
Every plan gives access to all of Diwink: quotas, blocks, requests, alerts, maintenance, history and reports. The plans differ in their seats, PCs, printers and how long they keep the history.
From 1 to 100,000 seats.
This number of seats fits the Free plan, with 5 PCs and 5 printers at most.

Prices exclude taxes: the taxes that apply to your purchase, such as VAT, are calculated and added at checkout.
Every organisation starts on the Free plan. You move to a paid plan whenever you wish, from the Billing page of your administration panel.
What a seat is
A seat is a user whose printing Diwink controls: it is the unit the paid plans are priced by.
One seat per user who prints
Only the users who hold a seat print to the printers Diwink manages; the print jobs of the others are refused.
No seat to administer
An administrator who only manages the rules, answers requests or reads the reports needs no seat. The organisation’s owner gets the first one.
You choose who holds one
Administrators give and take back seats on the Users page of the panel. A seat taken back still counts until 30 days after it was given.
Printing to PDF stays free
Virtual printers, such as printing to PDF, need no seat.
How payment works
Diwink Cloud is paid by card, in euros or dollars: a subscription that renews itself until you cancel it.
Payment
Choose the plan and the number of seats on the Billing page of the panel, then pay by card on the secure checkout.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, on the same card.
Invoices
Each payment has its invoice. You find them, and change your card, from the Billing page.
Cancelling
Cancel on the Billing page whenever you wish: the plan runs until the end of the period paid, then the Free plan applies.
Frequently asked questions
Who needs a seat?
Every user whose printing Diwink controls, that is, who prints to the managed printers. The print jobs of a user without a seat are refused.
An administrator who only uses the panel, to manage the rules, answer requests or read the reports, needs none. The organisation’s owner gets the first seat; the others are given by an administrator, on the Users page.
Can a seat go from one person to another?
Yes, within a limit: a seat taken back still counts until 30 days after it was given. A seat held for longer is free as soon as it is taken back; otherwise it is free at the end of those 30 days.
Given back to the same person, it does not count twice. The seat of a deleted user follows the same rule, which keeps a seat from serving several people in turn.
What happens when a subscription ends?
A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the period paid. If a period is not paid, the plan stays in place for its grace period. The organisation then goes back to the Free plan: its users, rules and PCs stay in place.
The Free plan keeps 5 seats: the owner’s and those of the users who printed most recently. For 7 days you can change who keeps them without waiting for the 30 days of a seat taken back.
Beyond 5 PCs and 5 printers, the most recent ones can no longer print, and print history older than 90 days is deleted. Taking a paid plan again puts those PCs and printers back in service.
Can we add seats during a period?
Yes, on the Billing page: the added seats are charged at once, prorated to what is left of the current period.
Seats removed are credited the same way, prorated.
What if we have more PCs or printers than the plan allows?
The PCs and printers beyond the plan’s limits, starting with the most recently added, cannot print. To put them back in service, remove others in the panel, or move to a bigger plan.
Is the Free plan limited in time?
No, it has no end date. Only a Free organisation left 90 days without any activity, no print job and no sign-in, is deleted, after two warnings by e-mail.
Can we install Diwink on our own servers?
Yes: that is Diwink Server, installed on a Windows server or PC of your company, with its own database and Active Directory as an option.
It is bought once: a lifetime licence per server, for a number of PCs and printers or of seats, on quotation. About Diwink Server
